At POSSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
